Kejriwal appoints Sanjey Puri as member Public Grievance Commission
New Delhi:Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has appointed Sanjey Puri, an eminent social and environmental activist, as member of Public Grievance Commission, Government of NCT of Delhi. ''Government of NCT of Delhi issued notification appointing Mr Puri as member of the PG Commission. Mr Puri has joined his office today and assumed the charge of the new office,'' an official statement of the Delhi government said on Tuesday.
Mr Puri was Chairman MCD West Zone and Municipal Councillor from Janak Puri area and he is fondly known as the architect of new property calculation system known as Unit Area Method (UAM) which was introduced in 2004 in Delhi and he was the only elected representative in hardship and anomaly committee and resolved all the problems pertains to RWA, Industrial Area Association, Medical Associations and other professional and social fraternity of whole of Delhi and formulated a corruption free and hundred percent transparent system.
