Adelaide actress Teresa Palmer has welcomed her third child, a baby girl called Poet Lake.

Palmer, 33, shared the good news on social media, posting a cute photo of herself cradling the new addition to the family, who was born in Adelaide.

“Our beautiful little girl Poet Lake Palmer arrived Friday night on April 12th. She is pure magic, we feel like we are in a dream,” she captioned the snap.

The Ride Like A Girl star and her husband, filmmaker Mark Webber, already have two boys together, Bodhi Rain, 5, and Forest Sage, 2.

Webber also has a son, Isaac Love, 10, from a previous relationship.

Webber said the family were in “total bliss”, as he posted a photo of himself with his new daughter, showing off his new tattoo: Poet’s name on his neck.

“I whispered her a poem as soon as she was born. Our beautiful baby girl Poet Lake Palmer has arrived. We’re all in total bliss …,” he wrote on Instagram.

It’s been a busy time for Palmer, who will play Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Michelle Payne in Rachel Griffiths’ new film Ride Like A Girl. The movie is scheduled for release in Australian cinemas on September 26.

The LA-based actress has also joined forces with Christiane Duigan, wife of celebrity trainer James, to launch their own range of nutritional plant-based wellness products called Lovewell.

“We are mothers, we believe that wholeness and health starts from within, that it affects every aspect of our ever increasingly busy lives,” she said.

“Lovewell is your solution for a plentiful and healthy life.”
